After an early breakfast, embark on a day excursion to the scenic Phobjikha Valley, a journey of approximately 2.5 hours each way. Visit the peaceful Gangtey Monastery, an important center for Nyingma Buddhism. Today is the highlight of your trip—a hike to the legendary Taktsang Monastery, famously known as the Tiger’s Nest. The trek takes around 4 to 5 hours round trip, offering stunning views of the monastery clinging to a cliffside and the lush Paro Valley below. Learn about the fascinating legend of Guru Rinpoche, who meditated here in the 8th century. Enjoy lunch at the Taktsang Cafeteria midway through your hike.
