Booking & Payment
- A minimum deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due as per the payment schedule shared at the time of confirmation.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or any method specified on our invoice.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
- Cancellation charges vary depending on the time of cancellation and the services booked. Airline tickets and visa fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days (excluding bank charges).
Travel Documents
- It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents.
- Luxe Hols is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documents.
Itinerary & Changes
- Itineraries are subject to change due to weather, operational reasons, or local conditions.
- We reserve the right to make changes or substitute accommodations, transportation, or tour guides without prior notice.
Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.
Liability
- Luxe Hols acts only as an agent for hotels, transport, airlines, and other suppliers.
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party services.
Use of Website
- You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the functioning of the website.
- All content is the property of Luxe Hols and may not be used without written permission.
Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
